Easy access to SeaWorld - room was extremely dark and felt oppressive; it was at the farthest end of the building, away from parking and the entrance - carpet was dirty - cabinets were too large - elevator was dirty and smelled like mold

Room was clean, and comfortably accommodated 6 people - not enough blankets and towels provided; we had to ask for more

Room was spacious and clean - excellent service - pool water was nice and warm - I was a happy customer

No restaurants nearby - staff was pleasant

I was sent to already-occupied room - not many cable channels available - Internet connection didn't work - not happy
