Good location - room hadn't been cleaned when we returned at 6 PM; front desk just had towels brought to us
Room needed better soundproofing - called security about noisy guests upstairs, but it didn't fix the problem - I'd never stay again

Award winning and family friendly hotel located 2 miles from walt disney world. Offers free scheduled transport to disney/universal studios and sea world and free deluxe continental breakfast. Facilities include outdoor heated pool/kids pool/hot tub/poolside cabana bar/game room/laundry facilities and gift shop. All rooms are non-smoking and have a microwave/refrigerator/coffee maker/hair dryer/safe/cable tv/alarm clock radio/iron and ironing board and high speed wireless internet access. Stay minimum of 3 nights from november 13th - december 21st/06 excludes nov 23-26th and recieve a 10 giordanos restaurant certificate. All comfort suites are smoke free.
