Conveniently located - sheets were dirty; no one returned my calls about the problem - check-in clerk was professional and polite

Across from a shopping mall - nice, clean bedroom - staff was polite and helpful - breakfast wasn't free, and the servers seemed sleepy - coffee and tea water weren't hot enough

Opposite a shopping mall - breakfast was awful, and the staff didn't seem to care

Hallways were a bit dark - nice courtyard and pool area

Good value for a quality room - needed instructions for how to use exercise equipment
