No one was at the front desk when I wanted to check out; I waited over 10 minutes, rang the bell several times, and finally just left - Jul 2011
Room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM - clerk sent me to a filthy room, so I had to wait for another clean room - blanket had a large hole - facility was without water for 6 hours one morning - problems with keycard - smelled marijuana coming from 1st floor - Internet access didn't work - no ink for printer, even after the problem was reported - continental breakfast was skimpy - a terrible stay, don't recommend - Jul 2007
Room was big, clean, and nicely decorated - pillows were soft - loved having free Internet access - unfortunately, room wasn't ready on time, so I was put in another room - needed better soundproofing - bathroom wasn't well-cleaned, no soap provided - Jun 2007
