Convenient location - had ants in the bed - I changed rooms, but then the wrong bill was put under my door - front desk needed a bell; I had to go back up to my room and call in order to locate the clerk - when it was time to take care of my bill, the front desk clerk was asleep; I had to ask another employee to wake him up - I was disappointed - Oct 2007
