Nice location, near everything - didn't look like online photos - no sheet on the bed; tried calling the front desk, but no one answered - saw a few bugs; reported the problem, but nothing was done - couldn't get toilet paper despite a number of requests, so we ended up buying some ourselves - we arrived late, and had to wait for service at the front desk - elevator didn't go to the 3rd floor - Aug 2008
