Room smelled so bad that I had to get deodorizer - bathroom door didn't close properly, carpet by door was coming up - walls in bathroom and sink area had holes - several towels had small holes - didn't get replacement towels one day - when I called front desk, I was told that no washcloths were available since they were wet, and I'd have to pick up towels from front desk - never got any washcloths - won't stay again - Oct 2007
