Convenient to Emerald Point Conference Center - our reserved suite was given to Americas Best Value Inn employee from another city, while we were put in another room - didn't get cot until 9 PM; mattress was old, blanket was small - had to call and ask for more towels 2 out of 3 days - front desk clerk was personable - Aug 2007

Good price - door opened directly onto parking lot, and there was a large gap between door and frame - friendly staff - men were sitting in cars in parking lot for no apparent reason - didn't feel safe, so I left - Jul 2007

Overpriced accommodations - filthy room smelled like smoke, had trash everywhere, disheveled sheets, cigarette ashes on bed and headboard, and a malfunctioning bed lamp - bath had dirty floors and toilet, tub wit had a grimy ring in it, hairs in the sink, and insufficient towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper for 3 people - staff wasn't helpful and provided poor service - very disappointed - Dec 2005
