Good location - room needed updating - Mar 2009
Beautiful location by the water - reasonable rates - exercise room wasn't well-equipped, and the bike was broken; no towels or water cups available - Feb 2009
Convenient and clean - poor water pressure in the shower - Feb 2009
Nice location - seemed overpriced - poor housekeeping service - staff was nice, even found my camera and returned it - tiki bar wasn't open - breakfast was served in the lobby; had to stand to eat - long wait at the restaurant - ice machines didn't work - Jan 2009
Hotel badly needed renovation - nice view of the waterfront - 1st room was dirty, noisy, and had plumbing problems - 2nd room also had plumbing problems - one desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, but the other didn't seem to care about customer service - continental breakfast was marginal - not happy - Jan 2009
