Somewhat seedy - room was dirty - nice pool - May 2011
Exterior looked neglected - non-smoking room smelled bad furniture and lampshades were old and broken - coffee maker and TV were covered in dust - drapes were covered in pet hair - bathroom floor was dirty shower tiles were cracked and falling apart, shower curtain had a large stain on it - May 2008
Good value - beds were comfortable - I found a contact I lost on the bathroom floor 2 days later; cleaning was obviously questionable - friendly, helpful staff - good breakfast - Mar 2008
Hard to access because of road construction - hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, had metal beams and construction material all over - couldn't adjust the AC - alarm clock and several lamps didn't work - bedspread smelled so bad that we didn't use it, though it was cold - found spoiled food in fridge - needed instructions for phone shower was out of the 50s, had hard water and no water pressure - housekeeper nearly knocked us over with her cart, and didn't greet us or apologize - landscaping needed work, especially the exposed pipes - undesirable guests made me uncomfortable - checks weren't accepted as payment - staff was surly and uncomfortable; night clerk didn't answer phone and couldn't arrange late checkout, and morning clerk only gave us an extra half hour after checkout time - checkout clerk was professional and pleasant - pool needed to be skimmed, and tile grout had mold - whirlpool was dirty - we weren't told about continental breakfast, and never saw it - staff told us that restaurant wasn't affiliated with hotel, and we couldn't charge food to room - extremely disappointed - Jul 2007
