Our dirty room had left over trash, a refrigerator door that wouldn't close, and needed vacuuming - housekeeping service was awful, and took 2 days to respond - we'll never stay again - Jul 2005

Great value for visitors to Kennedy Space Center - clean, quiet room had modern decor and faced the courtyard - all amenities worked fine, but room needed a coffee maker - great pool area - definintely recommend and will stay again - Oct 2007
Room needed improvement - we were woken up at 1 AM by screaming children, then there was a drug bust in room next door at 4 AM - Apr 2007
Located too close to freeway, too far from restaurants - Internet access required $200 "rental" of wireless modem - appeared to have permanent residents - nice pool and courtyard - restaurant unable to make many items on menu - Jan 2006
