When we arrived at 11:30 AM, we were informed that we couldn't check in until 1:30 PM; we were told we could use facilities to change into out bathing suits, and could leave our car in parking lot - my reservation was checked and confirmed, so we went to the beach - when we returned at 6:30 PM, our reservation had been cancelled - staff was extremely discourteous and disrespectful, and made no effort to rectify the situation - we were left without a room for the night - I'd never return - Sep 2007
Room was clean and spacious, had a comfortable bed - bathroom had some leaks, but they were fixed immediately - floor had a bit of mold - loved the continental breakfast and Belgian waffles - a reasonable place to stay - Jul 2007
