  Convenient location - good hotel - Jul 2008

  Room was clean - no hot water for my shower - disappointed - May 2008

  Hotel had no electricity when we arrived - didn't get reserved room at first - had trouble with the key card, and I had to push against the door to lock it - after we unpacked, the manager found a room with 2 queen beds as we reserved - room was clean - fridge didn't work - TV reception was poor until someone came and fixed it - had to run the shower for 20 minutes before we got hot water - front desk clerk didn't speak English well enough to help us - in all, I had to go to the front desk 4 times to resolve problems before we could go to sleep - won't return - May 2008
