Noisy drunks gathered outside my room at about 2AM; I dialed "0" as instructed, and the noise stopped briefly, but then resumed - towels were rough - hot tub wasn't hot, and when it was being filled, I had to inform the staff that it was overflowing into the pool - won't stay again - Aug 2008
