Never got requested extra blankets - bathroom had hair all over, shower wasn't clean, and drain was clogged - we notified the front desk, but nothing had been done when we returned at 10 PM - fire alarm went off at 2 AM; no one answered front desk phone when we called for information, so we evacuated with other guests - front desk clerk wasn't pleasant - we left at about 3 AM - Jan 2008
