Convenient to Sea World - room was dirty - no screen on the balcony door; there were spiderwebs on the balcony - sofa bed was uncomfortable - no cable TV channels available - housekeeping came too early; we asked them to return later, but they never did - staff wasn't friendly - pool area was noisy - continental breakfast was served, so I couldn't get as much food as I wanted - wouldn't stay again - Jan 2010
