Walk to restaurants, Block of Orange, and Angel Stadium - room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 PM, and when it was finally ready, it smelled like smoke - we went to front desk to ask for a room change; we got one, but the clerk didn't say a word to us - terrible customer service - even the cookies were bad - I'd never stay again - Apr 2008
