Didn't get reserved room until our 2nd day - there were ants in the kitchen, so we had to change rooms again, and were asked to change rooms yet again in the evening; a treat basket was sent to us for our trouble - front desk staff was friendly and helpful - good continental breakfast - Dec 2009
