AC didn't work properly - wireless Internet didn't work; we complained 3 times, and were told to move close to the antenna in the hallway; that was on the opposite side of the room from the desk - some TV channels didn't work - toilet stopped up, and we were just given a plunger - disappointed - Jul 2011
