Someone threw up outside my door - people banged on my room window - sink was clogged; had to use the bathtub to brush my teeth - staff had no concern for guest comfort - loved the pool area - food wasn't that good, and it was overpriced - an exhausting experience - Aug 2008
Close to Bud Walton Arena - TV Guide and phone book weren't current, had to go to front desk to get current ones - room service staff was unpleasant, and food was cold and stale - wireless network was down; front desk clerk didn't care and was rude - Feb 2006
