Convenient to downtown - warm, good-sized room - blankets and sheets were uncomfortable and low-quality - nice patio - Mar 2008
Room was dusty, and we found a hat behind the nightstand that had obviously been there a while - staff wasn't obliging - "heated" pool was barely lukewarm, and whirlpool wasn't hot enough - restaurant closed at 11, and the lounge was packed - not an enjoyable stay - Mar 2008
Exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed - common areas were immaculate - staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful - Feb 2008
Convenient location in the mountains - great room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - excellent, friendly, and helpful staff - ski and snowboard lockers available in the garage - appreciated the underground parking - just what we needed, we'd definitely stay again - Dec 2007
