Non-smoking room wasn't clean, and there were full ashtrays in it - we looked at another room, but the bed linens didn't look clean - we didn't stay - May 2009
My room had a big hole in one wall - fridge didn't fit in its space and kept falling out into the room - vanity light cover was hanging off at one end - no hot water during my 3-day stay - pool had trash and bugs in it - don't recommend - Jun 2008
Clean room - we were treated like family; staff went above and beyond to provide a crib at the last minute - Feb 2008
