"The motel wasn't fancy, but it was clean and met our needs.2019-12-04"
"Good location, with several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the motel clerk was friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here.2019-11-12"
"I checked in and found the AC in my motel room didn't work and the bed was uncomfortable. I packed my bags and left. Don't stay here.2018-10-14"
"An OK motel. The room was clean. No microwave or coffee pot, but it was fine other than that.2021-01-16"
"Low rates. The room only had one lock on the door. The soap didn't lather, and there was a long hair on the toilet. Continental breakfast was just cereal or a packaged roll, and it wasn't ready until 7 AM. The coffee was good. We'll stay at another motel next time.2015-05-05"
"Close to the freeway, and there was an In'N'Out right across the street. Our studio suite was nice. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the kitchenette. We enjoyed the breakfast.2018-11-29"
"The motel was convenient to the freeway. There were security cameras all over. The front desk clerk was sweet and friendly. Average place, but fairly clean.2015-11-17"
"Convenient location. We were pleased with this motel. The room was clean, and continental breakfast was provided. Definitely recommend staying here.2015-09-09"
"The hotel was safe, and the staff provided excellent customer service. The elevator was slow.2020-09-27"
"The staff and manager were amazing and helpful. We're definitely coming back to this hotel.2017-01-03"
"The freeway noise was annoying, and we didn't get a good night's sleep. Ask for a hotel room away from the freeway, or pay more to stay in a quieter location.2016-04-10"

"The hotel was noisy and untidy. No lightbulbs in any of the lamps in my room. Stay elsewhere.2023-10-22"
"The hotel was older, dirty, and smelled bad, and there were no employees to be found. Don't stay here.2019-01-04"
"We didn't get a 1st floor room as requested; our window was at the same level as the freeway, so the sound of traffic was constant. The drain ring in the bathtub was rusty. There were cigarette butts scattered around the hotel entrance. The grab and go breakfast was just that.2017-10-10"
"The hotel looked great and homey, but the bathtub didn't drain well. I informed the front desk clerk, but nothing was done about it. The AC was too cold, and I couldn't adjust the temperature.2019-08-06"
"Clean, smoke-free room. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding made a crinkling sound when I moved. The pipes were noisy, so I could hear when neighbors showered and turned on a faucet. The hotel clerks and housekeepers were accommodating during a busy holiday weekend.2019-01-05"
"The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but we could hear the people upstairs walking around. Great customer service.2018-09-16"
"I was happy to find a hotel with smoking rooms, and it didn't smell bad. Unfortunately, the smoking rooms overlooked the freeway and the window was nailed open a bit, so it was noisy. Still, it was perfectly fine for a night or two.2021-06-11"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will stay here in the future.2019-07-18"
"The room was a disappointment. The carpet was stained, and the mattresses were hard. I wasn't able to connect to the Internet and didn't get any technical help. Check-in took 45 minutes, though the clerk was friendly. I did appreciate being allowed to check out an hour late. Don't recommend this hotel.2015-09-02"
"A little pricey, but convenient to restaurants and right off the freeway. Clean hotel with friendly employees. It was a bit noisy, but not bad. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Wonderful breakfast.2015-11-24"
"Older hotel. The carpeting was dirty, and the AC in my room was noisy. The staff was nice and helped with anything I needed. Breakfast could've been better. It was fine for a short stay.2016-04-21"
"Good location. The suite was remodeled and spacious, with a kitchen sink, microwave, and fridge. No table and chairs for eating, though. The coffee table was sticky, and the sofa bed was awful to sit on; fortunately, we didn't have to sleep on it. Good bed.2017-11-19"
"The hotel room was clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. Nice personnel.2016-10-17"
"The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. Good TV channel selection, too. The motel clerk was really nice and explained everything I needed to know. The only negative was that there was limited parking. I'd definitely stay here again.2019-03-26"
"The hotel was clean, but we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. The clerk didn't speak English well and wasn't knowledgeable about the area. The checkout clerk was helpful, and breakfast was excellent.2017-11-21"
"Close to Azusa Pacific University. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Great variety of cable TV channels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here.2017-06-28"
"The best of all worlds. Fun, relaxation, and food. All the hotel employees were so very friendly. 2016-07-18"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
