"The room was so clean, and had a great, modern feel. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. You can breathe easy if you book here.2016-06-22"
"Close to Klipsch Music Center. The hotel was fine. No shuttle as we expected.2015-08-30"
"Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly employees. I enjoyed the free hot breakfast and would definitely stay here again.2018-10-03"
"The hotel room was clean, and the employees were extremely helpful and courteous. The only problem was that workmen drank all the orange juice and ate all the eggs at breakfast, and the coffee was cold. Everything else was great.2016-07-23"
"Clean hotel. There was only one ice machine, and it was on the 1st floor. I'd stay here again.2015-10-17"
"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room was attractive. The carpet looked new. Good bathroom with toiletries in big containers on the wall. There was coffee in the room. Excellent pancakes and a nice selection of juices at breakfast. Large parking lot. If you're going to the Pendleton area, stay here.2021-07-06"
"We were given an already-occupied room. Otherwise, the hotel room wasn't bad if you just need to sleep and shower.2018-04-17"

"I was expecting more than I got at this hotel. I had to unload the dishes from the dishwasher when I first arrived. The pool was too cold to swim in, and the free breakfast was pre-packaged gas station food. Stay somewhere else.2021-02-25"
"Great hotel, but the shower curtain was too short and water got on the bathroom floor. I'd stay here again.2016-09-16"
"The room was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly. The pool was nice, but the water was a bit too cold. I recommend this hotel.2015-09-04"
"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My key card didn't work, so I returned to the front desk and it was re-set. Then I went back to my room only to find it was already occupied. The only available room had a king bed and sofa bed, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. I barely slept. Don't recommend staying here.2015-08-14"

"Not worth the price. The hotel clerk wouldn't give us cutlery so we could eat our take-out food; we finally got some, but it was difficult. We weren't able to use the pool because it had been reserved by a large group, who then moved the outdoor furniture right in front of our room; we had to listen to them the entire night. We asked for 6pool towels but only got 4. There were a few options to purchase for breakfast.2020-07-26"
"The hotel was reasonably priced and pet-friendly. Needed some updating, though; the carpets were worn, and the bedspreads were old. The square pillows were the worst. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good place for a short stay.2017-08-26"
"The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Stay here.2021-05-22"
"Great hotel; I loved everything about it. Stay here.2020-01-01"
"The hotel was busy, but the staff remained calm and cheerful. The bathroom door was translucent, so the light shined brightly into the bedroom.2019-11-26"

"Right across the street from the baseball fields. The hotel was clean, and the room was nice and up-to-date. The bathroom door was a sliding barn-style door; it looked great, but didn't provide enough privacy. The coffee in the lobby was cold; several people told the staff, but it wasn't replaced.2023-07-03"
"Great experience. The bartender was an outstanding asset to the hotel.2021-02-22"
"The motel room was clean and functional. The Internet didn't work the 1st night, but was working the next day. Bare-bones continental breakfast. Just coffee, packaged danishes, and cereal. Fine if you just need a place to crash.2015-08-03"
"Not a 5-star hotel, but it was inexpensive and adequate. It looked recently painted, and the carpet and furniture looked fairly new. The room was warm enough, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom fixtures were old and tarnished, but they worked well and nothing dripped. The front desk clerks were accommodating and friendly. Decent food area, and coffee was available.2019-03-24"
"The room was run-down, and the soundproofing was poor. There were cigarette burn holes in the bed blanket, and I saw a roach on the bathroom wall. Don't stay at this hotel.2022-12-12"
"The hotel was run-down, smelled like smoke, and wasn't that clean. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.2021-07-13"
"The room had an awful smell of deodorizer. It was tidy, but the walls and ceiling needed work, and the side entrance smelled like smoke. Check-in was quick and the staff was nice, but I won't stay at this hotel again.2016-12-06"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
