"Our room smelled bad the 1st night due to an issue with the HVAC unit. The hair dryer and exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, but the manager supplied a new hair dryer. The room odor was far worse the 2nd night, so we were moved to a much better room, but again, the hair dryer didn't work.
