"Nice hotel stay. The room was pleasant and had a city view. All the employees were polite and friendly. Easy check-in and checkout. The only negative was that the bar stopped serving food too early. We returned from a concert at 10 PM, and only nuts were available.2016-04-10"

"I was impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of my hotel room, and having 2 TVs was nice. I didn't hear any noise from other guests. No printed information about local attractions or restaurants, but the staff was helpful with information. You won't be disappointed.2019-03-25"
"Located in the heart of downtown. The hotel was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. No luggage carts, so we had to carry our bags ourselves; the front desk clerk wasn't concerned. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn't work. No coffee cups were available the last morning of our stay. Only had valet parking, and the entry was narrow.2017-11-15"
"Clean, spacious room and super hotel staff. The breakfast and afternoon buffet were great.2017-04-06"
"Good location, but you may need a car if you want to travel more than a 5-mile radius from the hotel. The staff was friendly. Great continental breakfast and happy hour.2017-04-05"
"Spacious, clean room and bathroom, and we were able to cook a meal in the full kitchen. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean, and the food was good and hot. We enjoyed our stay.2015-08-18"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice surprise.2019-09-16"
"The hotel was being renovated, so there were workmen everywhere. The furniture in the lobby was worn out, and the room was extremely dated. There was no hot water in the shower. Homeless people came in the lobby and argued, and there was no security to be found. Parking was valet only. Don't stay here.2019-02-10"
"The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Make sure you get a parking pass. No in and out privileges.2018-12-17"
"I've never had such a bad experience at a hotel. The carpet in our room was damp and smelled awful, and the AC vent in the ceiling leaked all over the vanity area. The next night there was a fraternity banquet, and we've never seen so many loud, drunk, and disrespectful kids. We got no sleep thanks to the noise and knocking on our door at 3 AM. There was vomit in the elevator, and empty bottles everywhere. The valet said we'd have to wait 45 minutes for our car. I left our number, but the manager has yet to call us. Stay somewhere else.2018-12-06"
"We didn't get the bar code for the parking garage at check-in and got billed an extra $10 for parking, but everything else about the hotel was great. Make sure you get the parking bar code at check-in.2018-08-18"

"The room was nice and clean, and the lounge and late-night cookie bar were wonderful. No bathrobes, though. Great room service. We called twice and waited an hour for the shuttle to pick us up, and finally gave up. Couldn't sit at the outdoor tables without people asking for money. No parking. I wouldn't stay here again.2017-05-16"
"Spacious room. Room service was prompt and choices were reasonable. The front desk clerks were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection was disappointing. Don't hesitate to book at this hotel.2015-11-26"

"The room was small, and the hotel staff was rude. I had to hunt down the valet, who was usually inside talking to the clerks. Bad experience.2018-10-05"
"The hotel was downtown, and it was a bit of a challenge to access because of construction and one-way streets. The room was nice, but the AC was on a timer activated by a motion detector; I spent the entire night waving my arm in the air to keep it functioning. The Bistro was a little expensive.2018-08-30"
"Quaint hotel in downtown Dallas. The room was clean and quite comfortable. No spoons to stir the coffee, though, and no room service menu. A great choice for a great price.2016-03-10"

"Nice hotel, but the pull-out bed wasn't ready as we'd requested. Several guests were unmasked, which wasn't cool. No hot breakfast because of Covid; just a tiny muffin and an orange were provided.2021-01-11"
"Good location. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Some members of our party arrived quite early and were allowed to check in early. My husband needed a bandage, and the staff was quick to provide a variety of sizes. Breakfast was great.2020-01-03"

"We had a good stay. The room was clean, and the hotel clerks were attentive and polite. The only downside was that after a night out drinking, we returned and were refused service at the bar.2017-03-29"

"The hotel was convenient to attractions. The room was spacious and modern.2019-09-23"
"The hotel was really retro. It was usually clean, and the front desk clerks were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're attending an event at the convention center.2019-07-08"
"The hotel was overpriced, and the water pipes were noisy. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the linens were dirty. If you want to treat yourself to a luxurious stay in the city and value your sleep, don't stay here.2016-10-11"
"This hotel was contemporary in style; if you like traditional hotels, this isn't the place for you. Nice staff. The pool was about the size of a postage stamp. No covered parking. Had a short-order kitchen, but no formal restaurant.2015-08-16"
