"The hotel office closed at 11 PM. I arrived at 2 AM, and there was no one at the front desk to check me in, so I had to go to another hotel.2019-09-03"
"Good hotel for an affordable price. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Having a kitchen was great, and the beds were comfortable. The employees were helpful and nice.2019-03-11"
"The hotel room was nice, but there was a cockroach in my room. I called the front desk, and they offered a room change, but my children were asleep by then. No complaints other than that.2023-05-21"
"The hotel was convenient to the airport and hospital. The room was clean, but smelled like musty old smoke from the curtains and furniture.2022-07-22"
"The hotel was clean and nice. There was no bedding on the sofa bed, and there were 4 of us. We had to get some from the front desk, but no blankets or pillows were available. After waiting almost an hour, we called about them, but only got one thin blanket and no pillows. The toilet had issues that we were able to fix. The hotel was great, but the staff seemed annoyed by our requests.2022-01-16"

"Close to Dallas Presbyterian Hospital. The room smelled bad, and I woke up to a lady screaming in the parking lot for an hour. I won't stay here again.2021-03-21"
"My accessible room had an open feel. The windows opened, and pets were allowed. The kitchen was efficiently equipped. The hotel staff was accommodating. I'd stay here again.2020-11-02"
"The hotel was nice, clean, and affordable. The room was big. Consider staying here.2015-12-08"
"Convenient to restaurants, a gas station, and a car wash. The hotel was extremely clean and cozy, and I loved the kitchen. The staff was really friendly. 2022-01-02"
"The location was convenient, and the hotel had a new, clean feel. The pool was inviting, and the parking lot was well-lit. Breakfast was a bit below average, and there were no gluten-free options. Even the coffee wasn't good. Excellent staff, though, and the dining area was clean.2019-06-13"

"The beds were extremely comfortable. The sofa pulled out to a bed, but the mattress was thin. I was pleased that the kitchen was well-stocked; even dishwashing liquid was provided. Good-sized bathroom with a full-length mirror. My only complaint was that the room faced the noisy interstate; I had to use ear plugs. Still, this hotel had much to offer for the price.2022-01-17"

"The hotel was hard to find, and the lobby smelled like rotten eggs.2016-11-05"
"The perfect hotel for going to a Stars game and then flying out of Dallas Love Field. Just 2 blocks from American Airlines Arena, so we walked to the game. The room itself was nice, with a bedroom and sofa bed.2015-04-16"

"Just a block from the Majestic Theater, but my stay was a nightmare. I got a text from the hotel asking for a selfie and why I was in Dallas. It was a maze getting to my floor. The room was a pretentious little box with a herringbone floor but nothing to welcome guests. The phone key didn't work, so security had to let me in the room. No room service; I was told I'd have to go to the lobby or the 48th floor to get a pizza. I was told the floors for guests were secure, but that wasn't the case. The ceiling fan was attached to a bright censor light, and it stopped working after a half hour. The toilet paper was cheap. Check-in was virtual, and no information was provided. Do not stay here.2022-05-06"
"The hotel was clean and quiet, and within walking distance of the West End. Great view from the room. The front desk clerks were friendly, but the valet staff didn't help us unload the car.2021-03-12"
"I was impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of my hotel room, and having 2 TVs was nice. I didn't hear any noise from other guests. No printed information about local attractions or restaurants, but the staff was helpful with information. You won't be disappointed.2019-03-25"
"The hotel suite was spacious and clean. No airport shuttle.2021-10-26"
"Not a good neighborhood. There was nowhere to hand clothes in the room. We saw a cockroach. Don't stay at this hotel.2021-07-13"
"I asked for more towels at check-in but was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. The room was cold the 2nd day. The staff wasn't at all pleasant. I don't recommend this hotel.2021-02-17"
I’ve been using HotelGuides for over 8 years. The agents are very helpful, and they try to accommodate every request. I like that when they email a booking confirmation to you, they include the hotel's address as well as its interstate exit number.
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
