No room service; I was told I'd have to go to the lobby or the 48th floor to get a pizza. I was told the floors for guests were secure, but that wasn't the case. The ceiling fan was attached to a bright censor light, and it stopped working after a half hour. The toilet paper was cheap. Check-in was virtual, and no information was provided.
