"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We asked to have our room cleaned the 2nd day, but it wasn't done even though we left the door open with a pile of linens visible inside. When we returned hours later, the door was still open and nothing had been done. No hot breakfast provided because of Covid-19, and the to-go bags ran out by the time we went to the front desk before 8 AM.2020-05-26"
