"Great experience. The hotel was a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. Walk to everything downtown and on Music Row. The room was nice and comfortable, and so was the bed. The employees were helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.2021-07-28"
"I had an awesome stay and can't wait to go back to this hotel. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Stay as long as you can.2020-07-20"
"Good value. The hotel was right across the street from Bridgestone Arena and steps from Broadway. The room was amazingly clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Worth a stay.2018-04-07"
"I booked at the last minute, and the hotel clerk was able to give us an upgrade to a balcony room overlooking the pool, which was wonderful. The rates were reasonable. An awesome spot to stay.2023-06-30"

"An excellent hotel. Perfect location to downtown. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was great.2021-11-27"
"The hotel was filthy, and there were homeless people outside. No daily housekeeping; guests threw everything outside in the hallway, then got fresh towels at the front desk. The $50 deposit was ridiculous. Breakfast was horrible. Don't stay here.2021-06-29"
"Convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean, but the lighting was poor and I had a view of a brick wall. The staff was helpful.2020-01-19"
"The hotel was extremely convenient to all downtown activity. Printer's Alley was just across the street, and the Ryman Auditorium was 2 blocks away. About 6 blocks from the Titans games. The staff was cordial.2019-10-13"
"Close to all the downtown activities, and around the corner from Printer's Alley. The hotel room was quite small, but the employees were lovely and helpful.2019-07-20"
"Good location near Broadway. The AC was loud and didn't work that well. We extended our stay one night, and were told to get our key cards reset; the clerk said we didn't need to, but of course our keys didn't work when we returned at night. The pool and exercise room looked nice, though we didn't use them. Breakfast wasn't free.2021-06-01"
"The hotel was over a mile from Nissan Stadium, so a bit more of a walk than we'd hoped. There was mold on the tile ledge of the shower. Breakfast wasn't included.2022-10-04"
"I loved everything about this hotel.2020-11-03"
"Easy check-in. All the hotel employees were prompt, friendly, and helpful.2019-01-03"

"Nice hotel and room, though there was no in-room safe. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The valet service was exceptional. We were able to walk to all our events and adventures. Great place to stay.2019-08-10"
"The rates were too high for the quality of the accommodations. Parking cost $30 per night.2017-02-23"
"A very nice hotel. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.2016-01-02"
"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, and The Bell Tower was on the same block. Valet parking was expensive. Go for it.2021-03-25"
"Convenient to local entertainment. The hotel was clean and nice inside and out. The staff was polite, and everything I needed was right there. Beautiful environment. Breakfast was just bagels and boiled eggs, but I had an excellent stay.2021-04-13"
"Close to everything. The hotel clerks and the food were great, but the housekeeper threw away my expensive mouthpiece that I left on the nightstand. Management never called me back as promised.2017-12-27"
"Great location. The hotel and service were excellent.2016-06-01"
"Great experience. The hotel was a convenient walk to downtown and Broadway. No ice or vending machine on the 4th floor, so we had to go to the 1st or 11th floor for ice. No enough luggage carts. Valet parking cost $50. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.2023-08-25"
"The hotel backed up to Printers Alley and was a 10-minute walk from Broadway. Our room was impeccable and spacious. The bed was amazing. Fabulous water pressure in the shower, and there was plenty of hot water. All the hotel employees were so helpful, cheerful, and kind. Book it.2022-06-14"
"The hotel was clean. The bartender was attentive, and the food was good.2021-03-26"
"Terrific location. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Great rooftop pool and bar.2021-06-29"
"I didn't like the concrete ceilings in my room or the minimal lighting. No one could help me operate the "smart" TV. We found trash under the bed. Breakfast cost $19 per person and was terrible, and parking cost $38 per night. I don't recommend this hotel.2018-04-02"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
