"There was an adult club next door, and there were some undesirables hanging around. The hotel was generally clean, but the staff was a bit unwelcoming. No extras without charge. Be prepared to clean your own room.2017-05-25"
"Great hotel stay, but I had to pay an extra towel fee and housekeeping fee.2015-09-17"
"Good rates. I had a fairly nice hotel stay. The room was clean, and I always had clean towels. Nice staff. I'd stay here again.2015-08-27"

"I really liked the hotel room, but the phone didn't work and wasn't fixed during my 3-night stay. The room was never serviced, either. No 24-hour front desk service, just a phone that guests were supposed to intuitively know to pick up, whereupon a person appeared, but no one answered the ringing phone. There was a little shop where water and snacks were available, but no directions about how to pay. I wasn't informed that I should fill out a debit slip. You're pretty much on your own here. There were a lot of guests with dogs.2019-11-30"
"Great hotel near Fort Campbell. The room was comfortable and had a kitchen and nice bathroom, though the temperature wasn't consistent. Good Internet and TV channels, and pets were allowed. There was a self-serve snack bar just 20 feet from my room.2018-12-07"
"The hotel was only a year old and just 10 minutes from the main gate of Fort Campbell. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the employees were professional and friendly. Pets were allowed. Don't hesitate to stay here; this hotel will meet your needs.2017-01-06"
"Nice hotel room, and we appreciated the kitchenette and comfortable beds. The desk was large enough to play cards. We enjoyed our stay.2016-08-05"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
