There's Broadway at the Beach, The Market Common, Coastal Grand Mall, Barefoot Landing, and the two Tanger Outlets
near US 501 and US 17. Consider hotels near Broadway at the Beach and the Factory Outlets.
Theaters and Live Entertainment: Myrtle Beach is home to a number of world-class music and show halls such as The Carolina Opry and Palace Theater. Big time dinner theaters like Medieval Times and Pirate's Voyage are also an option. Further north are the House of Blues and Alabama Theater. All are a short drive from any of the hotels in the Carolina Opry - Barefoot Landing area.
Water Parks: Splashes is at Family Kingdom Amusement Park offers water rides for all ages of the family as does Myrtle Waves Water Park where you enjoy the wave pool or just relax on the lazy river. Golf: There is no better place to tee it up! Many of the top ranked golf courses in the country are located along the Grand Strand, including Caledonia in the south and Barefoot Resort in the north.
