"A good hotel for a great price. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a convention going on, but it didn't interfere with our stay.2018-05-06"
"We didn't feel welcome or well-treated, though the hotel looked upscale. The bathroom layout was inconvenient, and there were no grab bars or no-slip strips in the bathtub. Breakfast wasn't free. No one told us we should get reservations for the restaurant, and we were basically ignored for 20 minutes when we went for dinner.2016-07-27"

"An absolutely fabulous experience. The motel clerk went out of her way to assist us, and even walked us to our outstanding room with a great view. She made us dinner reservations and printed out our boarding passes in the morning, as well as calling us a cab. We enjoyed the infused water. The food and service at the on-site restaurant were beyond exceptional. Highly recommend.2017-09-23"
"The exterior of the motel was nothing special, but the front desk clerk was warm and welcoming and switched to English right away. Our room was Euro-chic and comfortable. The Nespresso pot was great, and we found milk and cream in the fridge. I loved the low lighting, but my wife would've liked better lighting. We loved staying here and would definitely return. The shuttle left for Old Quebec 3 times in the morning, but only returned at 6 PM. Easy drive to town, so we chose to drive and pay for parking.2016-08-27"
