"We knew the hotel was associated with the hospital, but we didn't know the hospital was so large; it took us quite a while to find something to eat. The hospital cafeteria was only open during the day, but we finally managed to find the food court. When we returned from eating, we were told the hot water was out and wouldn't be back on until the morning after our departure time, so we weren't able to take hot showers. Signs and menus were in Spanish only.2019-02-19"
"Close to the VA hospital, and the rates were good. The hotel room was cold, and there was no way to adjust the room temperature. The lighting was poor. No iron, ironing board, or safe. The front desk clerks were helpful and pleasant, but the business center needed improvement. There was a cafeteria on the ground floor. Not a good place for a holiday, but it's fine for business.2016-10-31"
"The hotel was convenient to the VA hospital, and the rates were good. I felt secure. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The light switch inside my room door didn't work, and the bedside lamp needed a new lightbulb. Wireless Internet was free, and the coffee maker worked well. No safe in the room, and no toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. The front desk clerks were helpful and courteous. There was a cafeteria on the ground floor of the building. Good place for a short stay.2016-06-25"
"The hotel needed more parking passes. Get there early.2016-02-11"
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel as usual. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Convenient to restaurants. You'll have no regrets if you stay here.2016-01-11"
