"The TV in my room didn't work for most of my 4-day stay. The phone in the room didn't work, either. The hotel elevator didn't work, and my room was on the 2nd floor. The milk at breakfast was bad. At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.

Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10.
