"We had to climb a lot of stairs to reach our loft room. The closet was on one level, and the bedrooms were on a higher level. We bumped our heads a few times due to the low roofline. The TV wasn't visible from the bed. Linens and towels weren't replaced every day. When I asked for fresh towels the 2nd day, I was told they didn't have any and was given 4 hand towels.
