The cold weather also caused the pipes to freeze; several rooms below us flooded at about 1 AM, which set off the fire alarm for 30 minutes. There was no water until 8 AM, and we were only offered a $20 discount. The room was in dire need of general cleaning, and I found a dog claw in the bedsheets. Couldn't adjust the fridge temperature.
