"We weren't informed that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. There were supplies everywhere and lots of dust. The room was tiny and crammed with furniture, but there was nowhere to put luggage. The pillows were small and inadequate. The lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps exploded when we turned it on, showering glass on the table. There was no electrical outlet on the other side, just a power strip on the mattress behind the bed. The rolling wooden bathroom door squeaked and rumbled, so there was no way to close it at night without waking my spouse. Only 2 towels were provided. Employees were noisy in the early morning.
