"No hand soap in the bathroom, and not enough towels provided. The check-in clerk was about to end his shift and thought he was a standup comedian. I checked with the hotel clerk, and after a long delay in getting the items, I went back to the front desk and finally got soap and towels. The TV didn't work, so I was moved to another room.
