"There was hair on the bathroom floor; housekeeping came and swept and mopped, but there was still hair on the floor when they left. I asked the hotel clerk to make sure my room was serviced while I was out the next day, but it never happened. The phone in the room didn't work, and the coffee pot didn't work the 2nd day.
