I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door while I was at medical appointments, but the hotel manager insisted on entering the room to shampoo the carpet. I said no because my dog would be there alone, and she screamed at me. When I returned, she'd locked me out and said I couldn't get back in unless I paid the pet fee immediately, even though I wasn't checking out until morning. Don't stay here.2019-04-22"
