The housekeeper noticed a bit of blood on my husband's pillowcase from home and took it to wash, which was very thoughtful. The hotel clerk was helpful and friendly. The small pool was dirty, and the water was cloudy. Get to breakfast early, especially on weekends; it was crowded and the table and floor got dirty quickly.
