When I returned later from dinner, I found two people drinking and smoking at the entrance steps. There was a man inside who appeared to be so high that he could barely speak. "Easy access to the expressway. The hotel felt dirty and had an odor. There was an exposed wire from the smoke detector on the ceiling. The bathroom light was burned out, so the front desk clerk replaced it. The sink and bathtub stoppers were broken, and the walls were dirty. We had to sign a no-smoking form, but our room smelled like residual smoke and the hallway smelled like marijuana. Litter in the hallway was there the next day. The pool wasn't open because of Covid.
