The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and bedding. The staff was professional and helpful. The only negative was that the rooms needed updating. "I would've rated this hotel high because of the nice facilities, but the poor attitude of the desk staff was a real problem. When we asked a question about our accommodations, we were told to look in the packet we'd gotten. There was no one on duty after 9 PM; our electronic lock failed, and none of our keys would open the door. We had to drive to the office to get the off-hours phone number. After 2 maintenance workers were unable to fix the problem, a 3rd one finally re-set the key codes. We ended up standing outside in the cold for 45 minutes. The next day we had to have the keys re-programmed, and the desk clerk acted like it was a terrible inconvenience.2018-04-24"
