"Good rates. I enjoyed my stay at this motel. The check-in clerk didn't talk much. I liked having a room right near the lobby and breakfast area. Loved the view and the chickens behind the property. Breakfast was OK.2018-09-24"
"Our hotel room wasn't ready when we checked in at 4 PM. The TV wouldn't turn on; the housekeeper turned it on from the side, which we hadn't expected.2019-08-27"
"The motel was old and dated, and the exterior was nasty. The room was no better. The door was hard to open and close, and the carpet needed to be replaced. The bedsheets didn't look clean. The flooring in the breakfast area was patched with duct tape, and the room was so dirty that we didn't eat. We were totally disappointed and don't recommend staying here.2020-03-14"
"The motel was clean and quiet. Book it.2016-06-14"
"This motel was worth the price. The room was clean, and the employees were pleasant.2015-11-11"
"The room was new, spacious, and clean, but the soundproofing was poor and we could hear the TV in the next room, so we didn't sleep well. The air was stuffy, too. We won't stay at this hotel again.2019-08-02"
"Nice location. The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful. Take the time to go out the back door, sit in the porch swings, and enjoy the beautiful view of the river.2021-09-29"
"The hotel was affordable, and I had an amazing stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed and shower were great. The pool was perfect, and breakfast was awesome. Stay here.2023-07-02"
"A nice, clean hotel for a good price. The room had a shower, but no bathtub. The staff was nice and courteous.2019-08-19"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
