"Not a pleasant experience. We didn't know the hotel was undergoing renovations, and we had to switch rooms due to problems with the AC. The 2nd room had similar issues, but we decided to stick it out. Housekeeping could've been better. The one positive was that the staff was pleasant, and the checkout clerk was apologetic.
