"Nothing worked at this hotel; not the elevators, the key card readers, the TV, or WiFi. SThe AC was old and barely worked. There was a dehumidifier, but everything was damp in the morning. Worst of all, not the young employees who acted like high schoolers. The desk clerk ignored me and talked on her phone until I spoke up. In the middle of check-in, she started texting.
