"Our suite was super; it was sleek and high-tech, though it wasn't ready until a few minutes after check-in time. There was a bottle of "Sleepy" beverage with a tiny card saying it cost $7 if we drank it. This seemed tacky for a pricey hotel. The hotel clerks were rather curt and uncaring; they were so busy being cool that our tiny problems weren't problems to them. The continental breakfast was good but skimpy.
