Our key card never worked, so I kept having to go to the front desk to be let into the room. After 3 times, the battery was changed, which was the issue. Bring your own toiletries. We paid extra to check out at 3 PM, and at 3:05 the clerk was yelling at us and threatening to charge us for an extra day.
