"The hotel was right off the highway and close to stores and restaurants. We had a room by one of the exit doors, and it wasn't noisy even when people came and went. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the dog-friendly policy. Nice having 2 TVs, too. The check-in clerk was helpful and told us about the courtyard with a fire pit and dog area. She even let us check in early. My only disappointment was that the pool wasn't handicap-accessible since the lift wasn't working, and it was nearly impossible for me to reach the button to turn on the whirlpool. "Not too impressed. The sign outside said the hotel was "newly remodeled," but that wasn't true. Our room windows were so filthy we couldn't see out, so we called to have someone come clean them. There were cobwebs along the baseboards between the beds; we asked that they be cleaned, but it didn't happen. The pillowcases were stained. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
