"The motel was clean and conveniently located, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was small and hard to get around, and the heater was loud. There were no grab bars in the shower, and only one bar of soap was provided. I never got my requested wake-up call. The walkways and parking lot had holes and raised surfaces.
