"We reserved a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bedspread. We complained and were moved to another room, but it was worn and hadn't been properly cleaned. There was just a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no facial tissue in the holder. The shower curtain was torn, and only 1 of the 4 electrical outlets at the vanity worked. Some room doors had no doorknobs, and a washcloth was stuck in the hole. The exterior and all trash cans were filthy. Don't stay at this motel.2018-10-27"
"I had trouble with the room key, which was especially annoying because it was only 10 degrees outside. The cold weather also caused the pipes to freeze; several rooms below us flooded at about 1 AM, which set off the fire alarm for 30 minutes. There was no water until 8 AM, and we were only offered a $20 discount. The room was in dire need of general cleaning, and I found a dog claw in the bedsheets. Couldn't adjust the fridge temperature.
